Important Notes:

1. MPC is a 6-weekend course; each session lasting 4 to 5 hours: 3 sessions in St Joseph’s Institution (SJI) and 3 sessions in the home of your assigned Presenting Couple (PC). The dates are stated above.
    
2. SJI sessions are held on Sunday mornings with mass from 8.30am till 1.30pm.
    
3. Home sessions are hosted by the PCs and can be on Saturday afternoons, Sunday mornings or Sunday afternoons. You are asked to indicate your preference, but we may not always be able to meet your first or second preference.
    
4. The MPC certificate will only be given out for full attendance at all six sessions.
    
5. For compliance with guidelines of the Personal Data Protection Act, your submission of this document indicates your consent to:
   (a) The collection, storage, retention, adaptation, modification, reading, retrieval, use, transmission, blocking, erasure or destruction ("processing") of the personal data provided by you in this Form ("Personal Data");
   (b) The church entity processing your Personal Data for the purpose of your registration for a course by the church entity
   (c) The taking of photos, videos or audio recordings which may contain your image/audio and may be used for archival purposes, on the website and publications of the Church and its organisations.
    
6. MPC shall not be held liable in any way should a course be cancelled for reasons beyond our control.
